Cryotherapy
Three minutes of cold. Recovery, done before you've cooled off.
Whole-body cryotherapy is coming to The Ave. Step into a dry, sub-zero chamber for up to three minutes, then get back to your day — recovery built right into the place you already train.
Why Athletes Use It
Part of a complete recovery routine
Recovery is where training turns into results. Cryotherapy is one more tool in that process — quick, simple, and easy to stack on top of the work you are already doing.
Fast
In and out in minutes. No ice bath, no wet clothes, no lost afternoon.
Fits Your Schedule
Right after a session or on an off day — recovery happens in the same building as your training.
Feel Fresh
Many athletes use cold exposure to feel fresher and more ready for the next session.

FAQ
Common questions
When will cryotherapy be available?
We are finishing setup now. Give us a call and we'll let you know as soon as sessions open.
What does it feel like?
Very cold, but dry — it is not like jumping into an ice bath. Most people are surprised how quickly the three minutes go.
Is cryotherapy a medical treatment?
No. Whole-body cryotherapy at The Ave is offered for general wellness and recovery. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Is it right for everyone?
No. Cryotherapy is not recommended for people who are pregnant or who have heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, circulation problems, cold sensitivity or certain other medical conditions. Everyone completes a health screen first — if you have any medical condition, talk to your doctor before your first session.
How young can athletes start?
Ages 14 and up. Athletes under 18 need written parental consent, and a parent or guardian must be present for athletes ages 14 and 15.
Whole-body cryotherapy is not FDA-cleared to treat any medical condition. Sessions at The Ave are for general wellness and recovery only and are not a substitute for medical care or physical therapy. All participants must complete a health screen and signed consent before their first session.
