Ave Evolution
The online program behind the progress
AVE Evolution is a 12-week online training program — everything we run on our athletes, start to finish. Same progressions, same standards, same coaching cues we use on the floor at The Ave, filmed and put in your hands.
Waitlist Offer
$750, not $1,150
35% off, and only off this list. The VertiMax add-on is included. Buy after launch week and it's $900, plus $250 for the add-on.
The list closes November 26. One email when it opens, and that's it.
Why Get On The List
Three reasons to sign up today
$750, not $1,150
$900 for Evolution and $250 for the VertiMax add-on. On this list you get both for $750 — the lowest it will ever be sold for.
First access
The list buys before the link goes public. No waiting on a post to go up.
Then it goes to $900
After launch week the price is $900 and the add-on is separate. It doesn't come back down — there's no January sale on this.

Before You Join
What you'll need
A real weight room
Rack, bar, dumbbells. This is the program we actually run, not a scaled-down home version.
Ages 12 and up
No upper age limit. For athletes under 18, a parent or guardian purchases.
12 months of access
Your access lasts at least a year from the day you buy, so you can run it more than once.
FAQ
Common questions
When does it launch?
Black Friday. The waitlist closes November 26, and the list gets the buy link before it goes public.
Do I have to train at The Ave?
No. Evolution is built to run in any real weight room, wherever you train.
What is the VertiMax add-on?
A separate $250 program built around VertiMax work. Everyone on the waitlist gets it included at no extra cost.
Is this for athletes or adults?
Both. It's the same programming we run on our athletes, scaled by what you can lift, not by who you are.
What does it cost after launch week?
$900 for Evolution, plus $250 if you add VertiMax. The $750 waitlist price is the lowest it will ever be.
