As a previous Division 1 student athlete and a masters degree in Nutrition, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge to the Ave. Her passion lies in the sports nutrition realm as evidenced by over 500 hours spent in the Texas Christian University Sports Nutrition Department working with and educating a variety of teams on the importance of nutrition.
