Boot Camp

Strength, Cardio, Conditioning

Our bootcamp-style classes provide a total body high energy workout. No previous workout experience required, just a positive attitude. Must love to have fun and work hard. Our trainers will show you how to utilize every muscle in the body to help you achieve your weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness goals.

Yoga

Inner Peace, Flexibility

Our yoga classes offer a place to relax, find inner calm, and stretch out all the muscle groups. We keep our main focus on the breath while flowing through stretches that will aid in relieving any soreness from your workouts throughout the week. Clients typically first come to yoga for the stretches but keep coming back for stress relief. No yoga experience required.

Total Body Toning

Look Good, Feel Good

This energizing class targets strength and endurance by combining the use of free weights, bands, and body weight with low impact cardio to provide a total body workout. The class concludes with a complete body stretch leaving you energized for the day.

Pilates

Stretch, Lengthen and Tone

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

HIIT and Kickboxing

Strength & Stamina

HIIT and Kickboxing is a high intensity, metabolic kickboxing workout that incorporates boxing, cardio and speed into one power-packed program! This invigorating class includes punching, kicking, jumping rope and circuit training as well as one-on-one pad work.

Strength & Dance Cardio

Cardio, Tone, Fun

Dance and train your way to a toned & sculpted body! This combination class is the best of two worlds, dance fitness and total body strength. Begin with easy-to-follow dance cardio, transition to interval style strength with weights, and end on the mat with core work and stretching. All to the beat of top radio hits, pop, club, hip hop and more. The energy will be high at this one hour party!
